Naos

** Dreadful experience with Naos (agencianaos). I found Naos to be very unprofessional and incompetent in their branding and web development. All I wanted was a website to be built that worked properly and the entire process turned into a nightmare. The client service was appalling. **

I instructed Naos (agencianaos) to complete both branding and a custom website for a new brand. Prior to agreeing to the work, I was advised by Jack, Partner and Digital Director of Naos that the estimated completion of the visual identity and custom website build would be mid-March 2026. I was subsequently advised by Jack on 5 February 2026, that a project calendar would be provided at the beginning, and that if we began the following week (as we did), it would look something “similar to” the branding being completed on 20 February 2026, and website completion on 25 March 2026. However, after paying the first instalment on 10 February 2026, Jack gave me a project calendar which placed the website completion at the end of April 2026 (over a month later than originally quoted). Although I decided naively to give Naos the benefit of the doubt, the client service got progressively worse.

The branding was a disaster. Despite completing a questionnaire on 10 February 2026 for Naos to reference for the branding, the agreed written proposal for the work was disregarded by Naos as they scheduled no meeting or phone call with me to understand my goals and vision for the project at Discovery Phase 1. Instead, I received no branding consultation from Naos until 20 February 2026 (almost 2 weeks later), at which point I received two very similar branding concepts, none of which fully aligned with my vision. In fact, two of the three styles and brands which I had given as the aesthetic reference were not reflected in their presentation. Additionally, they presented my logo with the wrong text. After giving them a second chance to correct things, this did not work and on 25 February 2026, I advised Naos I saw no reason to proceed further with their branding. They wasted my time for several weeks due to their mismanagement.

We then agreed to proceed with the custom website work on 26 February 2026. A part credit of $250 from the cancelled branding work was placed towards the custom website, which was another disaster. I had to message Naos on 12 March 2026 as the design of one single page, the home page was still not complete since 3 March 2026. To complete the design of only one single page, it took over one week! Jack then advised me by email on 12 March 2026 that the timeline he was working on to have the website ready was by the end of March 2026. Resultantly, I made a further payment of $330 to Naos for the website deposit in good faith that Naos would adhere to their website completion timeline (which they did not).

As of 13 April 2026, the website was still not complete (with only 8 of the agreed 32 pages built). Of those 8 pages, multiple had outstanding issues whether across smaller devices such as phone and iPad, or with incomplete text placements. Several pages were still not even designed and many not built! I emailed Jack listing the outstanding website actions between 6-13 April 2026. A lack of attention to detail was consistently being applied to the work, and I was disrespected as a client, even being shouted at on the phone.

The website build was terminated on 14 April 2026. My business and I have suffered so much and incurred huge financial losses because of Naos (agencianaos). I have been left with no website for my business, unable to launch my brand, and with zero for the overall $805 fee retained by Naos which they unprofessionally and unethically refused to refund, despite failing to meet the agreed-upon deliverables and project timelines (multiple times) in breach of contract.

It was insulting to offer me not even half-built (not "completed") website files to pass to another developer. It has been a very unpleasant experience, and I want to make others aware. They do not care and have taken no accountability!
